MOHERI iLab

Description

An interactive Reservation System where users from several entities (Universities) can book and reserve equipments from their labs. This system is made to enable entities the ability to manage their equipments in their lasbs more effectively. It also provides a Dashboard which showcases satistics. MOHERI Admins, Entities Vocalpoints, Lab Manageers, Lab Engineers and the Researchers all are benefiting from this System.

Problem Statement

The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation seeks te enhance the utilizatuin of national research resources by developing centralizaed digital platform to manage research equipment, facilities, and services accross academic,industrial, and govermental insitutions in Oman. Currently, the absence of a unified System leads to inefficiencies, underutilization and challenges in resource sharing and accessibility. The platform will streamline the cataloging and scheduling of reserch asset, support data migration and verification, and provide comprehensive training and support. This initiative will foster better resource utilization, collaboration and scientific progress in the country.
